Students at Saxion, ITC and the University of Twente
Xtra-Card is the key to sports and culture for students at Saxion and the University of Twente and gives you access to all sports and cultural facilities at both institutes.
What if I’m not a student at Saxion, ITC or the University of Twente?
If you would like to apply for an Xtra-Card but you are not a student at Saxion or the University of Twente, you may be eligible for the special arrangements made for certain groups. The following groups can make limited use of the Xtra-Card:
- As a member of staff at the University of Twente, your staff card gives you access to a range of sports and cultural facilities at the university. More information.
- Members of staff at ITC, your staff card gives you acces to a range of sports and cultural facilities at the university as well as on Saxion.
- Members of staff and alumni at the Saxion Universities of Applied Sciences need a separate card to make use of the sporting and cultural facilities and activities organized by Saxion's Sports and Culture Division. More information.
- International student spending at least one month at the University of Twente
- Dutch higher education student spending at least one month at the University of Twente
- Dutch higher education student spending at least one month at Universities of Applied Sciences in Enschede
- AKI students
- Partner of a University of Twente student or non-degree student
- Children of a University of Twente student or non-degree student, under 17
- research fellow at University of Twente
- University of Twente graduates in the full academic year following their year of de-registration
- Saxion (Enschede) graduates in the full academic year following their year of de-registration
- Students at Universities of Applied Sciences in Enschede
- Partner of a member of staff at the University of Twente
- o Children of a member of staff at the University of Twente, under 17
- Personnel who work at the University of Twente on a permanent basis but who are not directly employed by the university
- Retired University of Twente staff
- Campus residents
- An individual who plays a vital part in improving the running of an association
