Ordering
University of Twente students
Students at the University of Twente can order the Xtra-Card, and the Fitness Card if they want one, using the online module below. The price will be automatically deducted from your bank or giro account.
Online ordering module
From 16 August 2010, you can order your Xtra-Card online using a special module. special module. Once you have completed the various stages of the module, your Xtra-Card will be activated. The Xtra-Card is integrated in you student card and can be scanned when you enter the University of Twente swimming pool or the Sports Centre for example.
Lost your log-in details?
If you have lost your log-in details, contact the ICTS helpdesk.
No log-in details?
If you do not yet have log-in details for the online ordering module, drop in at the Student Union service desk in Room 332 of the Bastille building. Opening hours for Xtra-Card sales: Monday to Thursday, 13.00 to 16.00.
Saxion students
Saxion students can purchase the Xtra-Card at the Sport and Culture Division, located in the central hall at Saxion (Saxion Fits). You need to show your student card when you apply for the Xtra-Card and bring a passport photograph with you.
Other groups
If you would like to apply for an Xtra-Card but you are not a student at Saxion or the University of Twente, special arrangements have been made for certain groups. The following groups can make limited use of the Xtra-Card:
