Knotsbal, also known as clubbing or tampon-hockey, is played in a gym or on a field the size of a basketball court. Two teams of four players each attempt to score goals, by hitting a small plastic ball against their opponent's mat. This is done with a plastic tube that has foam rubber 'knots' at the end.
